Based in London, she is known for her calm, strategic and pragmatic approach, providing clear and practical advice tailored to each client’s circumstances and priorities.
Georgina has particular expertise in financial settlements and complex financial remedy proceedings. She acts for professionals, business owners and high-net-worth individuals, as well as clients with a wide range of financial circumstances, in cases involving business interests, company structures, pensions, inherited wealth, property portfolios and other complex financial arrangements. Her detailed and analytical approach enables her to scrutinise financial disclosure, identify issues requiring further investigation and develop a clear strategy, whether a settlement is negotiated or court proceedings are necessary.
She also advises clients seeking to protect their financial position through prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as cohabitation and separation agreements, ensuring that arrangements are carefully tailored to their individual circumstances.
Alongside her financial practice, Georgina has extensive experience in private children matters, with expertise in complex international children disputes and applications concerning the relocation of children to another country. She advises both parents seeking permission to relocate and parents opposing relocation, providing strategic advice on the legal, practical, and evidential issues involved. Her recent work includes acting in contested international relocation proceedings which resulted in a published judgment of the Family Court, [2026] EWFC 286 (B). She also advises on other cross-border children matters and understands the significant impact these disputes can have on children and their families.
As a longstanding member of Resolution, Georgina is committed to resolving family disputes constructively and proportionately wherever possible.
